Delivery / Shipping

Almost all goods are stocked at our shop in Northamptonshire.

  • Parts, accessories, pickups, etc. are usually posted via our trusted Post Office. We specifically take goods an extra few miles to this Post Office as they provide honest, careful handling of packages!
     
  • Amps, guitars and other large(r) items are sent using DHL, UPS, FedEx or similar.
     
  • If you need a tracking number, please choose the appropriate delivery option - please note that Royal Mail's Airmail (Small Packets) is a standard delivery option which is not tracked

All parts are either paper or bubble-wrapped carefully, and posted in either padded envelope or cardboard box.

Our shop opens upon request or pre-arrangement, so as to be flexible to your collection needs

For large consignments (i.e. instruments), you can request the delivery date so that we can do our best to book that with the courier service

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.


Returns

Faulty Goods
All goods are new, unless stated otherwise, and as such should arrive in perfect condition. Should you receive a damaged or faulty item please let us know and we will exchange the item or provide you with a full refund (whichever you prefer). Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. Please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels. We will, of course, pay all carriage costs

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered (or ordered in error) for exchange or refund. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.
