When designing the Roadster series, Tanglewood luthiers were tasked to create a range of instruments with a natural rustic aesthetic that would clearly be in different sound and looks to most other instruments in the very clean portfolio. By using high grade mahogany, Canadian Red and Cedar scalloped Spruce bracing Roadster guitars, have a massive powerful sound signature and an elegant stripped down cosmetic is popular with which everyone.
